REVIEW ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR NEW BUILDS
Building a New Home is a big step and investment for any family. It is absolutely right to have high expectations to make it perfect inside out.
Most of the Architects mainly focus on structural form and natural lighting. Unfortunately, very often Internal Layout is very general and for this reason it should be carefully reviewed to make changes before Planning permission application or before commencing construction works.
We highly recommend this affordable and very effective service to everyone who’s just received a first draft from the architect. Design session is up to 2 hours and has interactive format in a form of the open conversation. Together we will walk through the house and discuss room by room. We will make sure there is a sufficient amount of storage to your expectations, all areas can fit all necessary furniture and that there is plenty space to move around comfortably.
You will know your ideal kitchen layout, the recommended location of all appliances and check the bathrooms’ layout. We always propose alternative solutions if we see interior odds and will let you know if any room needs extra space and will give recommendations on how to gain it within the proposed design. All Sketches will be provided.
