Delivery & Returns

Average delivery time within Republic of Ireland & North of Ireland is 3-4 working days.

Please check the contents of your delivery immediately. To ensure that all of your items are accounted for and the packaging is intact and unopened. All risk of damage and loss becomes your responsibility at the point of delivery If you find that your product packaging is damaged upon receipt do not accept delivery unless you are sure the product within is undamaged.

For all back-ordered items, when the items arrive into stock you will be contacted to arrange delivery.

DELIVERY TO IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND is FREE.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, it is your right to return the product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received.

For purchases where a product is out of its packaging or the seals are broken, a restocking charge of 15% will be applied. AlenaCDesign reserves the right to refuse a refund of any kind, on any item if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition.

To return an item please follow these three steps:

Step One
Email us at alena@alenacdesign.com. Please note your order number and advise if you would like a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging products and furniture. AlenaCDesign only covers the shipping cost for faulty products.

Step Two
Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition. All returns are your responsibility until they reach AlenaCDesign.

If you receive damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or an exchange.

Any faults with the item need to be reported to us within a 2 day period of your delivery.
