We will help you to make a decision on every Interior design aspect from planning lighting and plumbing fittings to designing your kitchen / open plan living area and choosing decorative finishes and furniture for entire house. This is a Consultancy-based service to guide you though design process.
We like a strategic approach in Interior Design and believe that planning is a key! We create a STEP-BY-STEP plan which will be synchronized with your construction schedule and then guide and support you on all stages of this Interior plan.
The main focus of this service is a Collaboration. We want to know your vision, ideas and we offer alternative design solutions when you are unsure or feeling stuck. In our design process we use professional tools to make sure the finished Interior reaches your expectations and it feels like Your Dream Family Home!

OPTION 1 – ESSENTIAL NEW BUILD DESIGN SERVICE
OUR INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS
This Essential Design Consultancy Package is Ideal for Self-Builds who need professional guidance on the most crucial new build aspects. These 3 sessions are part of the Architectural Interior design service, helping you to avoid costly mistakes regarding the room’s orientation, choosing the correct furniture size/ layout, kitchen planning, plumbing, sufficient and flexible lighting in all rooms and helping you to make the best decision on all essential interior finishes. We always consider your tiling, kitchen design, cabinetry and open-plan flooring as a home investment as it will stay down for at least 20 years. Each session is a pre-design session for the next construction stage. We will keep you notified when each session should be booked to allow you enough time to make well-thought-out design decisions. Our approach also includes offering tailored recommendations to align with your design goals while drawing attention to aspects you may not have considered but are crucial for smooth installation.
The package is structured to provide clarity and confidence throughout the process, ensuring your home design aligns with your vision and avoids unnecessary complications or expenses.
THIS SERVICE INCLUDES
- 2-hour Remote video call – Revision of Architectural floor plans from the design point of view considering required storage cabinetry, kitchen layout, bathroom plumbing, furniture layout in every room and discussing provisional design ideas.
- 2-hour Remote video call – Lighting & Sockets Planning session (Lighting Plan is extra on request)
- 2-hour On-site Colour/design consultation to choose floor type, tiles scheme for the bathrooms, kitchen cabinetry finishes/ colours, wall paint selection for all main rooms, doors, architraves, trims etc. During this session we design a colour scheme and create a colour flow for the entire house.
An additional 1-hour design session can be booked remotely.

OPTION 2 – COMPLETE NEW BUILD DESIGN SERVICE
OUR INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS
Our Design Service starts with a project assessment, understanding your ideas and expectations. Following our initial remote video call, we create detailed Interior plan, review internal layout from Interior Design point of view and start collaboration on design ideas to identify your style and form design vision for your new home. Our guided design process helps you to stay focused during entire construction process and make all important design decisions in time.
THIS SERVICE INCLUDES
- Detailed planning of your Kitchen / Open plan Living area
(including detailed CAD drawings: detailed furniture layout, 2D and 3D kitchen layout)
- 2-hour ON-SITE Lighting & Sockets Consultation (Lighting Plan is extra on request)
- Helping you to choose Flooring, Tiles and other Decorative finishes for all areas
- Shopping Session for Tiles & Flooring (Shop visit and remotely)
- Shopping session for Lighting fixtures (Remotely)
- ON-SITE Full House Colour Consultation
- Shopping session for all necessary furniture (sofas, beds, tables etc.) (Remotely)
- Help to choose window treatments and other décor.
- ON-SITE Full Styling Session & Additional Design Recommendations
